Free car wraps or NOT?
Do you want to get payed to drive?? Of course you do. The realty is you probable won’t get sponsored, but we will try to give you some tips on how to find plan B. We will also cover some scams.
Ok, so you were driving on the highway and you seen this cool hummer, it was all wrapped up with some sort of corporate sponsorship and you thought to yourself, hmm… how did he get that. So you get on the internet and you find couple of companies that are looking for cars / drivers, you filled out the form and then you wait. Well I’m here to tell you “don’t hold your breath” you have a better chance of getting hit by lightning. They take many things in to account and chances are you don’t qualify and to make things worst, they have thousands of people to pick from.
Ok, so what’s plan B?? First you have to take some action yourself like contacting some of your local companies, car dealerships a good place to start. Another good idea is to publish adds in places like Craig’s List or / and other popular online free LOCAL classifieds. Why local Craig’s list?? Well, let’s say you are a business owner and you want more local advertising but you can’t afford billboards and you drive a Mercedes. Let me ask you, how many Mercedes have you seen wrapped?? So, pretty much you offer your car do get wrapped for some monthly compensation.
Ok, now we will move on to scams. We will keep this short. Don’t ever pay to be on any waiting list or pay finders fee or any other fees for car wraps, truck wraps, or any other type of vehicle wraps, not even boat wraps. If you do..you are throwing your money away. Any legitimate company will not charge any fees. Also, come back to this website for news on who is legit and who is not.
